What’s this? Your healing gemstone piece has broken? Excellent news! This signifies a significant healing breakthrough. You can now breathe a sigh of relief, knowing that your healing gemstone jewellery has served its purpose. It has absorbed all the negative energies and replaced them with the healing you needed. Moreover, it has shattered any negative karmic ties that may have been holding you back.

I highly recommend discarding the gemstones and purchasing a new healing jewellery piece if you desire.
If you’re determined to have it fixed, I’m here to help. I can restring your Ki of Kai International™️ healing Mala bracelet or necklace for a small fee: $45 CAD for each healing bracelet + shipping and the applicable taxes and $58 CAD for each healing necklace + shipping and the applicable taxes. But before we can accept the broken healing bracelet or necklace returned to us, there are a few steps required on your part.
First, All jewellery purchased from Ki of Kai International™️ are final sales.
We will accept repair returns for your healing bracelets and necklaces within 21 days of your initial purchase date. Please email us to let us know why you would like your bracelet or necklace repaired.
Please note that you are responsible for any shipping or postal fees you incur when shipping your item to be repaired back to us.
Here’s what we need from you. You will need to collect all the broken pieces and place them in a paper bag. Then, bury them in the dirt in your backyard the night of a full moon and dig them up precisely a month later on the same day/night of the next full moon. If you don’t have access to a backyard, you can bury them in a flower pot on the night of a full moon.
Please return your items to us through a reliable postal service.
Choose a prepaid, insured, traceable delivery service and mail your package to the address sent to you via email—for example, Canada Post, UPS, USPS, or Australia Post.
We do not accept courier packages or packages sent with COD charges.
Please include a note with your package indicating what you want to be repaired and clearly provide your return address for repair exchanges. You must also cover the cost of shipping your repaired product back to you. Payment options include PayPal, eTransfer, VISA, and MasterCard.
Once you receive your invoice, please send your repair fee of $45 CAD + shipping and the applicable taxes for each bracelet or $58 CAD + shipping and the applicable taxes for each necklace to shop@kiofkai.com. Then, send your gemstones back to us at the address in the reply email you received when you emailed us with your concerns: shop@kiofkai.com.
