This is why a morning routine is important…
Aah… It’s so beautiful here in Toronto. I love the summertime so much in Canada. I get to go outside and enjoy the warm weather and the wild outdoors. Well, it’s not exactly wild here. I’m closer to the city, but you get my point. There’re tons of parks, woods, and lakes to enjoy and take a minute or a few to just breathe and be in nature.
I do this often with my little doggie, Dougy as much as I can. He’s the happiest little thing and even happier when I mention the word “outside!” He goes bananas, spinning around in circles and jumping all over the place. We’re very similar when it comes to the love of the outdoors and enjoy the fresh air and wide space to run free.
Today I decided to take him out with me for a doggie fabulous treat… DOG PAAARK!!!!! The caps locks were intentional here. I wanted to really get it across how much he loves visiting the dog park. I wish I had a video to show you, but I don’t – maybe next time.
It took us 45 minutes to an hour to walk to the park, we stopped a few times on our way to hydrate with water. Once we got there we spent about an hour in the park. That was more than enough time for him to make tons of new doggie friends. He had a blast! We can learn so much from animals. They take such great pleasure in the small and simple things in life. If they’re upset at something, a minute later they can snap out of it and back to being their happy go lucky selves. I’m trying to take notes. Ha!
So, it’s about mid-afternoon and we’re home now. It’s fair to say that he’s totally KO’d. As soon as we got home, he found a super cool spot on the floor and hasn’t budged since. Whenever I move or get up to do something he raises an eyebrow, but that’s it. Total cuteness of course.
Okay, enough about our dog park excursion today.
It’s time to dive right into today’s video.

Click on the link to watch me break my morning routine down to her. What I do for my morning routine is so simple, yet very effective. You’ll be able to implement them in less time that it would take if you didn’t have a routine. (I know, mind bender here)
If you have a morning routine, share it with us in the comment section below after you’ve watched the video. I would love to hear what it is.
As always, I want you to never forget this; you’re super incredible beings sent here to enhance the world with your light and love! So, go out and shine your love as bright as you can in someone’s world today and every day after.
Thanks for stopping by! You keep me inspired.
See you on the flip side my darlings!
With a heart full of love and gratitude,
First off I want to say, you have an awesome looking layout and I agree with your topic, I have the same topic on my site. Just to make it simple, winners and the wealthy have a morning routine, just like breakfast is the most important meal of the day, the same goes for a morning routine.
And I honestly want to go to Toronto, been wanting to go for too long now, lol. Keep up the good work
Thank you so much, Jay! This site was a beautiful labour of love. 🙂
I will definitely check out your topic on a winning morning routine. When we form positive habits we yield positive results.
Omg! Toronto is amazing. I’ve travelled extensively and I’m always excited to return home to my city. You should definitely visit Toronto.
