LEADERSHIP FOR POSITIVE IMPACT

Leadership for positive impact

Happy Boxing Day Kerbears!

I hope you are enjoying your holiday and your boxing day with love and laughter.

Today I want to share a talk I did, LEADERSHIP FOR POSITIVE IMPACT on October 21, 2017.  I had the pleasure of talking to some amazing women who attended the fundraising brunch hosted by Léonie Tchatat, Founder of Charite LEO – it was an absolute pleasure to be invited.

I geared my talk towards inspiring the attending female leaders, sharing the importance of being a positive impactful leader within their communities. Plus, providing them with some useful tips on how they can inspire and mentor the young women that come in contact with them.

Watch it now and after you’re done, let me know if you have any other suggestions on how we can create more mentorship opportunities within our communities to help young women.

Here’s a Bit About Charité LEO:

Léonie Tchatat is the founder of Charity LEO, she is originally from Cameroon. The main focus of the charity is to advance the social and economic state and to empower young women to reach for the stars.
