BEST MORNING ROUTINE: SUMMER EDITION

Hi Kerbears!

Do you have a “best morning routine that you stick to and do every morning? I’m going to take a stab in the dark and say you probably don’t. Most people don’t. I myself sometimes struggle to stick to a regular routine even though I know the power of having a morning routine can have on our well-being. I also know that in the winter it’s a lot harder to stick to any routine. Most mornings I just want to stay in my warm bed so I totally understand where you’re coming from but you MUST get yourself out and move in nature. Getting outside is a critical part of setting yourself up with a powerful morning routine, a least this is what I find.  

 

I’ve put a list of my top 11 best morning routine that has helped me and have given me some positive results. They’ve helped me to feel ten times better and have an awe-mazing day and successful day. Overall, I have felt clearer in my mind, energized in my body and way more positive in my spirit.
